CPLL Winter Clinics
The clinics will be Fridays, January 9 - March 6, 2008 at Eagle Harbour School gym. (The February 13th clinic MAY be moved to Thursday Feb. 12.)
The clinics will be conducted by: The Bullpen (Hitting, Fielding & Pitching) The Bullpen is well known for its year-round programs offered at its New Westminster facility. The Bullpen will be teaching our kids proper mechanics for hitting, catching, fielding and throwing. For more information on their instructors and programs, please visit their website at www.bullpen.ca Mark Bajus will also help out with Pitching. Mark played Little League Baseball in West Vancouver. Was drafted in Grade 12 as a pitcher by the Cleveland Indians at 17 years old. Was later traded to the Toronto Blue Jays organization. Played as high as Double A.
The schedule by Division is as follows: FARM 7 & FARM 8 DIVISIONS (6 to 8 year olds): 4:30 - 5:30 PM (max. 16)
MINORS DIVISION (8 to 10 year olds): 5:30-6:30 PM (max. 16)
MAJORS DIVISION (10 to 12 year olds): 6:30‑7:30 PM (max. 16)
JUNIORS & ABOVE (13 years old & above): 7:30-8:30 PM (max. 16) FEE: $45 ($5.00/session).
REGISTER: by sending an e-mail to manuelfonseca@shaw.ca ASAP and specify which clinic you're registering for. Participants MUST be registered for the 2009 season before the first session.
Be sure to register early, as space is limited and the 2008 player skills development clinics filled up very quickly. |
