Registration Information

Please take note of the following important information prior to registering your child.

Prior to registering your child please note the CPLL boundaries defined on the Home page.

Please review the Division Information button on the left side tool bar as it provides some detailed information on the different divisions of play within CPLL that may be helpful in assisting you with the appropriate placement of your child.

Registration fees vary by division.  The fees for 2010 are as follows:

T-BALL        $110
FARM           $120
MINORS       $170
MAJORS       $170
JUNIORS      $225
SENIORS      $225
BIGS             $225

These fees include a District of West Vancouver - Field Usage Fee, a Little League District 5 Levy, and Cypress Park Little League Fees.

Financial assistance may be available for those who need it through Sport BC at www.sport.bc.ca/programs/kidSportBC/applyForFunds.asp

Online registration begins in January and closes on March 5, 2010.  Any player registering for play after the closing date will be placed on a “wait list” and if a space should become available they will be contacted and assigned to the first available team.

Late Registration Fee: Cypress Park Little League may accept registrations past the deadline.  Players who register after March 5, 2010 will be charged a $20 late registration fee.

Refund Policy: A full refund (less a $20 administration fee) if written cancellation is submitted by e-mail to the League Treasurer at treas@cypressparkll.org and received on or before Sunday, March 14, 2010.  A 50% refund will be provided if written notice of cancellation received after March 14, 2010 but prior to April 1, 2010.  No refunds will be provided after April 1, 2010.

Player Evaluations: Players registering for Minors and Majors will be contacted by email in March with dates and times for player evaluations.

Team Formation: For T-ball teams, we will attempt to place friends together (usually school-based teams). For Farm teams, we will attempt to place a player with a friend, if requested, but there are no guarantees. Teams at the Minors and Majors level are selected on the basis of player evaluations followed by a Draft and are NOT school or friend-based.  Siblings playing in the same division will be placed on the same team.

Season: Regular season games will officially commence after April 1st and run through the middle of June.  Divisional Playoffs continue through mid June with All-Star teams playing until the end of July.
