PRIVACY POLICY:
By agreeing to this, you are consenting on your behalf and on behalf of your child or children to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information for the purposes of Baseball BC, and the Cypress Park Little League. The personal information you provide will be used for purposes reasonably associated with your child's enrolment as a baseball player. The main use of the information is to obtain insurance and for use in any necessary disciplinary proceedings. The personal information will not be disclosed to third parties other than as stipulated unless required by law.
REFUND POLICY:
- A full refund (less a $20 administration fee) if written cancellation is submitted by e-mail to the League Treasurer at treas@cypressparkll.org and received on or before Sunday, March 14, 2010.
- A 50% refund will be provided if written notice of cancellation received after March 14, 2010 but prior to Thursday, April 1, 2010.
- No refunds will be provided after Thursday, April 1, 2010.
